Arrival in Victoria Falls, transfer and check-in. Afternoon guided Rainforest tour of all 16 viewpoints. Zambezi sunset cruise. Dinner and overnight in the Falls.

Road transfer to Hwange with a scheduled stop at the Painted Dog Conservation Centre at Dete for the interpretive centre and rehabilitation facility. Lunch at camp. Afternoon game drive to the Kennedy and Ngamo pans; sundowners on a pan edge.

Full safari day, dawn game drive, brunch, siesta, and a long afternoon drive running into the first hour of darkness where the concession permits spotlighting. Time is spent at the pumped waterholes, where in the dry season a single pan can hold several hundred elephant in an afternoon. Optional guided bush walk with an armed professional guide.

Final morning game drive and bush breakfast, then the road transfer to Victoria Falls for onward flights from mid-afternoon.
