September offers excellent conditions: Water flow is reduced enough for clear views, weather is warm and dry, Devil's Pool opens (usually mid-August to January), and it's shoulder season with fewer crowds. Perfect for photography and activities.
November can be challenging: Early rains begin, water flow increases creating heavy spray (the "smoke"), and humidity rises. However, the falls are powerful and green, temperatures are warm (25-30°C), and it's less crowded than peak season.

Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) serves the Zimbabwe side and Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport (LVI) serves Livingstone, Zambia.
